BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The Montgomery Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is made up of nine Montgomery County residents appointed by the Montgomery City Council. Each Commissioner serves a four-year term, and the terms are staggered every two years. The Board is responsible for approving housing authority policies, the annual budget, and the Annual and 5-Year Plans.
The Board meets, according to its by-laws, every third Tuesday of each month. It's annual meeting, at which the officers are elected, is held in May.
